Simple Garden Tools is an e-commerce business operating at simplegardentools.com, selling the Electric Weed Puller and related garden products to customers across the United States.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method you provide

3. Products

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including images, descriptions and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in person.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or change prices at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or where we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

6. Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. We currently do not ship internationally.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery takes 3 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

7. Returns and refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund.

8. Warranty

Our Electric Weed Puller is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault within this period through normal use, we will replace it at no charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions

To make a warranty claim, email us at info@simplegardentools.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Garden Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
