How to request a refund
Email us at info@simplegardentools.com or call us on +1 (814) 932-8139 with your order number and we'll take care of everything. You don't need to write a long explanation. Just let us know it's not working for you and we'll process your refund right away.
Returns
We'll send you a prepaid return label so you don't pay a cent to send it back. Simply pack the item and drop it at your nearest USPS location.
Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 90 days, we'll send you a replacement at no charge — no need to return anything. Just email us a photo at info@simplegardentools.com and we'll ship a new one out immediately.

After the 90-day window, we're unable to process refunds, but we're always happy to help troubleshoot any issues. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
