Shipping Policy
Free 3-Day Delivery on Every Order
Every order ships free. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout — what you see is what you pay.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us at info@simplegardentools.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — no need to return anything.
