Add this at Settings → Policies → Privacy policy in Shopify.

Two quick notes:

  1. If you run Facebook or Google ads — which you are — you should also add a cookie consent banner to your site. Shopify has free apps for this. It keeps you compliant and builds trust with cautious older buyers who worry about online privacy.
  2. California customers — if you get significant traffic from California, you may eventually need to add a CCPA section. It's not urgent at your current stage but worth knowing about as you scale.
